1. Introduction
This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions for returns and refunds of products purchased from Guaranteedtruefa. This policy applies to all purchases made through our website.

4. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
5. Return of Products
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed to bear them or unless we have failed to inform you that you must bear them.
6. Condition of Returned Products
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. You may examine the goods as you would in a shop.
Products must be returned:
- In their original packaging, if possible
- Unopened and unused (unless you have examined them as you would in a shop)
- With all original accessories and documentation
- In saleable condition
7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
- Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery

- Provide a replacement product or full refund
- Cover return shipping costs for defective items
9. Processing Time

11. Shipping Costs
Standard shipping costs are non-refundable unless:

- You exercise your right of withdrawal (we will refund standard shipping costs)
If you choose an express or premium shipping method, only the standard shipping cost will be refunded in case of withdrawal.
